Dead Valley: An area on a roof that has been improperly framed preventing proper water flow creating pools of water on your roof.
Signs to look for: Leaky Roof, Water Stains on ceiling, Considerable Ice build up.
Solutions: Establish a slope to allow the water to drain and install a membrane to seal the area and prevent future leaks.
